Description:
As a Salesforce Developer, you should have a superior software development background and be able to facilitate, design, and develop technical solutions for a new knowledge management platform.
You will interact with Lead Developers, System Analysts, Business Users, Architects, Test Analysts to analyze system requirements, design and develop software solutions and enhancements. Technical solutions and supporting deliverables will be constructed to enable the client to accomplish its business objectives.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining salesforce knowledge.
Conducting software analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting issues.
Participating in scrum events.
Resource should be self-starter, highly motivated with good communication skills, also have strong analytic and debugging skills. Should possess excellent working knowledge of the following -:
Primary:
Salesforce Knowledge, Coveo, Service Integrator, APEX, SOQL, Sales Cloud, Service cloud , Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud.
Secondary: Java/J2EE
